Challenge
I was asked to design a web quiz with the aim of understanding user pain points, highlighting app benefits, and building trust.
Design Tone: Casual, simple and fun - in Facetune Branding
Audience: Facebook, Organic
Target persona: Women 30s-50s
- Pain Points:
- Looking tired
- Gray hairs
- Eye bags
- Getting older
- Lack of time
- Financial concerns despite having money
- Fitness goals
- Frequent travelers
- Parenthood concerns, especially for moms
- Interests: Social games, family, shopping, beauty, traveling, photography, fitness, technology.
Goal
The purpose of the quiz is to understand this target persona’s pain points in order to communicate:
1. the benefits of the app
2. to remove any doubts or concerns about whether the app is worth it
3. provide more information about the tools available on the app
4. to build credibility and trust.
Solution
By image research I found the correct personas to represent the exact demographic, alongside our CRO specialist,
I was creating a light and fun design while fine-tuning the copy and tone-of-voice to reflect the researched users
resulting in 60% increase in completion, and 30% increase in conversion rate.
